Aloha story - Newport Mercury 3/29/06

These guys have a free gig at Roger Williams University in Bristol, RI on Sunday afternoon. Cool band; they've been around for several years now but the first time I ever heard them was when an advance of their forthcoming fourth full-length, Some Echoes (on the Polyvinyl Records label), landed in my mailbox a couple of weeks ago after my editor, Janine Weisman, convinced me to give them a listen. Suffice to say I wouldn't have written about 'em if I didn't like 'em.
